Refund & Return Policy
We accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase to avoid fabric orders. Since each dress is custom-made to the bride's / client's measurements, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, contact us if you have any issues with your order.
Refunds may be possible in case of order issues. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, changes in measurements or any damage after the dress is received. Written consent is required for third-party pickups. If the event is cancelled, full payment is still required if the dress is completed already.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your
tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Shipping Details
Our base is in Switzerland. We ship worldwide from Switzerland, Italy and Greece. All shipments of wedding dresses are sent with priority and tracking number. All items with value below 200ch are sent with simple mail. For express shipping please contact us.
Time to create a handmade to order dress range from 5-7 weeks.
Estimated delivery timings once the dress is ready are: USA 2 weeks, Europe 1 week, rest 3 weeks or more. Please note all timelines are estimates. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know. Shipping is free for all orders. Express shipping would incure extra costs. We are not responsible for potential customs.

Je suis enchantée par ma robe ! J’étais extrêmement dubitative à l’idée de commander une robe sur mesure à distance. J’avais d’ailleurs déjà prévu de faire appel à un couturier pour les retouches. Mais elle est parfaite 🤩 la robe est sublime, fidèle aux photos, le tissu d’excellente qualité, la taille exacte. Je suis ravie et je recommande vivement les doigts de fée de Petra. Petra s’est montrée très réactive. Ma robe a même été livrée en avance, malgré les délais très serrés. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
Thank you for my beautiful dress Callistebride. It did require alterations as expected due to ordering online but was a very decent quality starting point. The only thing I would mention is that no extra length is added to the dress due to not wasting fabric so if not 100% sure of your length measurement would definitely overestimate.
This dress is so romantic! The crimson is perfect for my winter wedding - I was so excited to find something this lovely in this color, and now I'm even more excited that it's arrived and looks almost exactly as pictured. I'll have to get it altered some because I've lost some weight, but otherwise it's perfect.
Petra also answered some questions I had before I ordered, and then the dress itself ended up arriving earlier than I expected.

Received my dress just about when the estimate delivery date was (barring a snow storm in the middle of it) and its gorgeous!!!! Beautiful lace that isnt itchy feeling or heavy at all. Petra is so sweet and responsive! Was so nervous to ordermy dress online but I’m so glad I decided to go for it!
