Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, each design is fully custom-made and made to measure, ensuring a perfect fit after you provide your exact measurements. Small alterations to the design are also acceptable if they do not drastically change the pattern of the dress. For alterations, please contact our consultants before purchasing. What is the production time for custom orders?
As our pieces are handmade to order and can be made to measure, it takes 6-7 weeks for bridal dresses and 3-4 weeks for accessories to be prepared. For a wedding dress designed with us from scratch, from design to production, please allow at least 4 months before your wedding day. For more details, visit our Customization Services page. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it after 2 days when the creative process starts. After 2 days, canceling the order would mean that you would potentially cover the fabric expenses that will be ordered.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure you contact us for a solution or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What are the shipping timings and costs?
All shipments of wedding dresses are sent with priority and tracking number. Estimated delivery timings are: USA 2 weeks, Europe 1 week, rest 3 weeks or more. Please note all timelines are estimates. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know. Shipping is free for all orders. Express shipping would incure extra costs.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
What is the return and refund policy?
We accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase to avoid fabric orders. Since each dress is custom-made to the bride's measurements, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, contact us if you have any issues with your order. Refunds may be possible in case of order issues. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, changes in measurements or any damage after the dress is received. Written consent is required for third-party pickups. If the event is cancelled, full payment is still required if the dress is completed already.
