Does Atelier Calliste accept custom orders?Yes, each design is fully custom-made and made to measure, ensuring a perfect fit after you provide your exact measurements. Small alterations to the design are also acceptable if they do not drastically change the pattern of the dress. For alterations, please contact our consultants before purchasing. Can I design my wedding dress from scratch with Atelier Calliste?Absolutely! We specialize in custom-made wedding dresses. You can design your wedding dress from scratch with us. This process includes stylist consultation, fashion designer input, tech pack and pattern creation, fabric sourcing, and sewing. Please bring your request at least 6 months in advance to ensure quality time for creation. For more information, contact us and a stylist will get in touch with you for more details. What is the production time for custom orders?As our pieces are made to order and can be made to measure, it takes 6-7 weeks for bridal dresses and 3-4 weeks for lingerie, capes, and accessories to be prepared. For a wedding dress designed with us from scratch, from design to production, please allow at least 6 months before your wedding day. For more details, visit our Customization Services page. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

What are the shipping times and costs for orders?All shipments of wedding dresses are sent with priority and tracking number with free shipping for you. Estimated delivery times are: USA 2 weeks, Europe 1 week. Please note all timelines are estimates. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know. For more information, visit our Shipping & Returns page. Shipping is free for all orders.

What is Atelier Calliste's return and refund policy?We accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase to avoid fabric orders. Since each dress is custom-made to the bride's measurements, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, contact us if you have any issues with your order. Refunds may be possible in case of order issues. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, changes in measurements, or any damage after the dress is received.
